FrameReady pricing: free, or pay once for Pro

Yes. You pay $19 once: no renewal, no subscription, and updates are included. Pro checks your key with our license server about once a day and keeps working offline for up to 7 days between checks. See "What if FrameReady shuts down?" for our promise if that server ever goes away.

Etsy accepts up to 5 digital files per listing, each 20 MB or less. "Etsy-safe" means every ZIP we produce is under 20 MB, and FrameReady tells you if a pack would need more than five files, so the upload just works.

No. Everything happens in your browser. We never see your files, and there is no server that could be breached or copied from. See the privacy page for the full list of what does leave your device (it's short).

14 days, no questions asked. Email support@getframeready.com from the address you paid with and we'll refund you in full through Stripe, back to the way you paid. A refund revokes the key, so it stops unlocking Pro. For a payment problem (a charge you don't recognise, a double charge or a card issue) you can also contact Link support (https://support.link.com/topics/sold-through-link), the seller on your receipt.

Your key works on up to 5 browsers at a time. Clearing a browser's data or using a new profile counts as a new one, but a browser that hasn't used Pro for 8 days stops counting on its own. To free a slot at once, choose Pro active → Sign out of Pro in the browser you're leaving, or email support@getframeready.com and we'll reset it.

Photo to Frame is free at every frame size, with files up to 3600 px on the long side. Pro exports your photo at full size for every frame size, with all the detail it has, which matters for big prints such as A3 or 16 × 20 in. It can't add detail a photo doesn't have, and the tool tells you when a size is too big for your photo. The same key also unlocks everything for sellers.

It's shown on the page you see right after paying, and FrameReady emails it to you (it's not in the payment receipt; search your inbox for "FrameReady Pro license key"). Lost it? Choose "Restore purchase" at the bottom of any page, then "Email me my key", and we'll send it again to the address you paid with. The email's activation button opens FrameReady with the key already filled in.

No. Your key is stored in your browser. Keep the key email from FrameReady — it's your only "account" — and if you lose it, "Email me my key" sends it again to the address you paid with.

Checkout is run by Stripe through Link, our merchant of record. It takes cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and local payment methods where they're available in your country. Prices in USD (checkout can show your local currency). Sales tax/VAT, where applicable, is calculated at checkout by our payment provider. You see the final total before you pay, and Link emails the receipt. Your card statement shows "LINK.COM* FRAMEREADY": FrameReady is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, which is the merchant of record and sends your receipt.

Of course. They're your files — list them on Shopify, Gumroad, Creative Market or your own site.

Everything in Free runs in your browser and only needs the site itself. Pro also needs our license server: your browser re-checks the license about once a day, and an activated browser keeps Pro offline for up to 7 days after its last successful check. If the license server stopped answering for longer than that, Pro features would pause until it came back. If we ever shut down the license service, we'll give at least 90 days' notice by email and on the site, and publish a final update that keeps Pro working offline for existing buyers. Files you've already exported are ordinary JPG, PNG and PDF files and never depend on us.
